I had the opportunity to try the new Crystal Light Pure Fitness and let me tell you that I liked it. Now, I must tell you that it was an acquired taste. I’m so used to artificial sweeteners – I know it’s sad – that the first time I had the grape flavored packet although very refreshing it was a different flavor than the regular powder mix.
With that said, what I like the most of this product is that Kraft used natural sweeteners (truvia), natural flavor and no preservatives. I appreciate – a lot – this move. As I’m trying to make a concerted effort into eating more whole foods and eating clean I can see how this product can fit in my new diet effort for healthy eating. I tried all three flavors: Lemon Lime, Grape and Kiwi Strawberry… my favorite is the kiwi strawberry!
